Its goal is to provide users with an easy-to-use interface that lets them manage their health needs and access important medical information on the internet. Extensive research was carried out to comprehend the needs and pain points of patients and healthcare providers. We conducted user interviews and feedback sessions to gain insights into user preferences, challenges faced while managing health records, and expectations from a personal health portal. Moreover, we performed a competitive analysis to identify best practices and areas for differentiation.


Visual Identity


During the visual design phase, we carefully selected a suitable colour scheme, typography, icons, and images representing the brand's identity and creating a visually pleasing and unified user interface. We prioritised creating easily understandable content and incorporating visual cues that assist users in navigating through the portal and the mobile apps.

I contributed to creating an effective information architecture that organised the vast amount of health-related data in a logical and easily navigable structure. User flows were designed to ensure seamless and intuitive user journeys throughout the portal, enabling users to access the desired information and functionalities effortlessly.
